The Carnegie Fantasy
Collect the Etype Jaguar and wander through the winding roads to Castle Howard, then along the edge of the moors into Thornton le dale for lunch. Visit the small classic car museum and then continue through Troutsdale for a stop at the Hackness Grange Hotel. Next day take a drive into Scarborough and stop at the building used as "the Royal." Feel like the flashy new hospital administrator for a while, but give yourself the day off to Visit Whitby. Then head into the heart of the moors, to Aidensfield and just enjoy driving the iconic Etype through the villages.
The Goodwin fantasy
Collect the MGB roadster with its flamboyant style and colour and set off with your scarf blowing in the wind. Climb up Garrowby hill onto the undulating chalk hills and visit the Ramblers Rest tea rooms in Millington, for lunch. Then head northwards through Thixendale and you will find yourself gazing at the landscape and the grazing sheep. Continue towards Malton for a stay at The Old Lodge Hotel. In the morning drive to Scarborough for fish and chips, the penny arcades and "The Royal" building and promenade. Then take a scenic drive through to Dalby Forest and then alas home.
