Classic Car Hire Voucher Terms

Gift Voucher  Conditions

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from their date of issue unless agreed otherwise by ourselves
• Vouchers are either for a specific car or a sum of money towards a hire
• The car choice can be changed at the time of booking subject to availability and price adjustment
• If our stock of cars is changed you may use your voucher for a car that has gone, against another car from the fleet
• In extreme circumstances voucher end dates may be extended by agreement with us
• Vouchers do not qualify for any type of refund
• Vouchers can not be transferred or resold without our written agreement
• Once a car is booked - our classic car hire terms will apply in full
• To book dates for your classic hire car please call us as soon as possible on 01347-811908
• We reserve the right to cancel a hire booking at or before the start time should the weather conditions in our sole opinion present a risk to your safety and or the safe keeping of the car. You may then rearrange the hire date
• Should we have to cancel the hire for any other reason, we will give you as much notice as possible and will offer you the choice of  an alternative vehicle or upgraded vehicle or alternative hire dates.
• We may at our option extend the hire period at your request, subject to your payment of the agreed additional hire charges.
• Where these conditions conflict with any of our classic car hire terms - These conditions will override for Gift Vouchers
